Relax in this modern California-style Austin vacation home situated in the Shoal Creek area just 10 minutes from Downtown, the Med Center, and the University of Texas in a tranquil neighborhood with quiet, tree-lined streets. Previous SXSW guests have included Facebook, SONY, Warner Brothers, Maroon 5 keyboardist, and Cat Stevens' family.

Enjoy ~2200 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your Austin vacation. The king-size, double bed, and two singles can easily accommodate 5 guests.  Rates include all bills including pool and yard service.

There is so much to do in Austin, you will love it.  After a day at the lake or exploring town, come home to the tranquility of the pool and deck for a BBQ in the garden, or try one of the many fine local restaurants.

If you love to cook this fully equipped kitchen is for you. The house has three large flat screen TVs equipped with cable and ROKU and DVD players with Netflix, SlingTV and Amazon Prime, iPod docks, a Playstation 4, SONOS system, and Wi-Fi.

We love kids!  We have Razor scooters, toddler bikes, BMX bike, beach cruiser, mountain bike, and tennis racquets for the park and playground across the street.  

If you have children, travel light--you can leave all the "kid stuff" at home! We have Pak n Plays, high chairs, children's books, LEGOs, blocks, puzzles, movies, a rocking bassinet and more. Very private-there are no neighbors behind you as we back to the dog park and walking trails.

Need cleaning or nanny services--just say so, and we will hook you up.

In order to comply with the City of Austin code compliance, no more than 6 unrelated people may live in any residence and parties are not allowed.
